  • My Take on the Airtag Pet Case – A Helpful Tool with Minor Downsides

Body: My Golden Retriever, Ella, and I have been using the Airtag pet case for a couple o’ months now. Size-wise, it fits snugly on her collar but I’ve noticed the material isn’t quite as durable as I’d hoped – minor scrapes have appeared after regular play at the dog park. Nonetheless, it’s been incredibly handy for keeping track of her especially when she decides to nose off within dense bushes! jsut make sure your lovable rascal’s not overly rough with thier toys before latching this device on haha. At its price point, I’d still say it’s definitely worth giving a go if your pup’s got a knack for hide n’ seek like mine does. But has anyone else noticed any durability issues or is Ella just more heavy-pawed than most?

Well, here’s an alternative for you dog treat shoppers. I’ve been using Zesty Paws Calming Bites for my energetic Beagle, Daisy, and they’ve been terrific; not just flavorful but also helpful in taming her bouncing around, especially when we have guests. She loves the turkey flavor! It’s a tad pricier than Authority but seems to last longer because the treats are fairly sizable. Worth considering if your dog is high-energy like mine. Remember, though guys, it’s always worth asking your vet before switching treats or food brands; every pooch is unique after all! Anyone else tried these with their pup?

Well, you can’t bat a hundred all the time! My terrier, Moxie, loved Wellness Treats too – till the size was too big for his liking. The flavors though are tempting enough, go figure! How ’bout trying out smaller treats if your dog isn’t a fan of large-sized ones? Even Wellness has some smaller variety I believe. Not disagreeing about them being a bit pricey though. I’m intrigued by Tiny Treats from Natural Balance that you’ve mentioned, are they reasonably priced comparing to Wellness? And how’s the flavor variety?

I’ve been using Zuke’s Dog Treats with my Labradoodle, Bingo, for about 6 months now and honestly, they’re pretty decent. Good size for training, not too crunchy or soft, and they seem to last quite a while. Plus, Bingo really seems to like the chicken flavor! The price point is a bit steep but I think its worth it for the quality of ingredients.

My only issue (and this is more of an observation) is that some of the larger pieces can be hard for smaller breeds or older dogs with dental issues to chew. Always monitor your dog when they’re eating any kind of treat to prevent choking risks!

As an alternative, we sometimes use Blue Buffalo’s mini bars/biscuits. They have similar natural ingredient profiles but the hardness varies so you can find one that fits your pup’s specific needs (we rotate between the two based on what’s on sale).

Anyone else playing around with their training treat sizes or mixes like we are? Curious if this affects training consistency/results in any noticeable way.

Remember, always consult with your vet before making any major diet changes for your dog!

I’m always on the hunt for healthy, tasty treats for my pooch, Bella, and Wellness treats didn’t disappoint. We tried the lamb and apple recipe. She’s a Labradoodle with quite the appetite, but these are small enough that I didn’t worry about over-feeding her. Plus they are surprisingly sturdy for their size. No mess to clean up, even when she nibbles at them! Price-wise it’s comparable to other quality treats – you pay a bit more for what is obviously a quality product.

For any owners out there just getting started with Wellness bites like we were, I’d recommend starting with one of their fruit & protein combos. It has worked wonderfully for Bella who now sits patiently waiting anytime she spies the packet! Definitely worth a try if you’re looking to change your dog’s treat game! Remember though, it really depends on your pupper’s preferences and dietary needs, so maybe check with your vet if unsure. Anyone else’s pups have a favorite flavor?

Totally in agreement here guys, Canine Carry Outs has been a staple in our snack cabinet for the past 2 years. I’ve got a sprightly little Basset Hound, Lizzy, and she loves ’em down to the last crunch! I appreciate how the treats are perfectly sized for rewards during training session; not too big but packed full with flavor. Plus, their durability means they’ve had no problem staying fresh till the end of each bag. Price-wise, they don’t put a dent in my wallet which is always a plus. 😆

One piece of advice – do introduce these treats slowly if your pooch is shifting from another brand. Lizzy had slight tummy issues initially but eased into it over time, tho if persistent issues arise please seek advice from your vet. So, what have your pups done to earn their latest Carry Out treat?

My Two Cents on Crazy Dog Train-Me! Treats

Body: I’ve been using these scrumptious bites with my mischievous Pomeranian, Fluffy, for the past six months and I’m quite sold! The little bags these treats come in are super easy to cart around during our walks and mini training sessions. Also, the size of the treats? Ideal. You don’t have to worry about overfeeding your canine companion. My only teensy qualm? They tend to crumble easily so you might have a bit of clean-up if they’re hustled too much in your bag. But still, a thumbs-up from Fluffy and me for Crazy Dog Train-Me! treats. Have any other pup owners noticed the crumbling issue or it’s just a me-thing?

So glad to see Bocce Bakery treats getting some love here. My rescue pitbull, Nala, is a big fan of their Peanut Butter & Banana Recipe. I tried them out because they’re made in the USA and use all-natural ingredients – important for my furball as she’s had some tummy issues in the past. The size of the treats is perfect too, great both for training and just as a small snack. One pack lasts quite long even with daily treat-giving sessions – certainly worth the price. Anyone here tried their other flavors? Thinking to mix it up a bit next order!

I definitely see the appeal of Whimzees and I’ve given them a fair try with my Boxer, Rocky. However, after a couple of purchases, we’ve landed on the conclusion that Whimzees, while they hold up reasonably well and come in a plethora of fun shapes (my Rocky loved their alligator shape) they just didn’t fit our budget as an everyday treat.

As an alternative, we’ve started using more affordable dental chews like Pedigree Dentastix. Less exciting in design but does its job well and my pooch seems to enjoy it. Plus, there’s usually a good deal on Amazon or at the local pet stores for these!

Of course, every dog and budget differs so it’s best to test out different options and see what resonates with your furry buddies. 🙂 Has anyone else found a more wallet-friendly yet effective alternative chewy? I’d love more suggestions!

Oh, I absolutely agree about the size of Nudges Natural Dog Treats! Perfect for both small and large pooches, right? My Yorkie, Daisy, manages to nibble on them just as easily as my Rottie, Bear. However, they do tend to crumble a bit too easily for my liking – made a bit of mess around the house before I caved and started giving them to Daisy and Bear during outside playtime only.

Funnily enough, Bear sniffed them out of the shopping bag himself when I first brought them home. Started wagging his tail like crazy – that’s how you know it’s gonna be a hit, huh? Despite the slight messiness, I think the genuine meatiness and wonderful nutrition value gives these treats an edge over others in their price range.

But as always, don’t forget to add some variety in your dog’s diet. Anyone else experimenting with different types or brands of treats aside from Nudges? Also, any tips on how to reduce treat crumbles?

I’m also in the Open Farm Dry Dog Food fan club! I transitioned my border collie mix, Maddie, over to it about 2 months ago and she seems to relish every mealtime now. One thing I noticed though, was the difference in kibble size compared to her older brand. Maddie takes a bit more time eating now, which I reckon is a good thing – slower meals mean less chance of bloating. All in all, the change has been positive in our home. Does anyone know if Open Farm offers kibbles in different sizes? My sister’s teacup poodle might benefit from smaller pieces.

I agree that the durability and size of the Jiobit Next are indeed huge selling points. However, I personally have been using the Pawfit 2 for my hyperactive Beagle, Bailey. While it’s a bit larger than the Jiobit, Pawfit 2’s rock-solid build is worth mentioning. It’s endured countless rough and tumble play dates, rainy walks, and even Bailey’s occasional digging escapades in the backyard, talk about a real test! No sign of any serious wear after six months. And it’s also a pretty neat price point compared to Jiobit Next. jsut something you might wanna check out, folks!

Totally hear you guys on the Whimzees bandwagon! My Cocker Spaniel, Milo, is usually pretty indifferent when it comes to treats but it was a completely different story with these. After just one whiff, he’s always completely hooked annd ready to do any trick in the book for another. What really impresses me about these treats is that they’re not only made from real vegetables but also tough enough to last him a good while before he gobbles them up entirely. And price-wise, they’re top-notch quality for what you get! So if your pup isn’t into run-of-the-mill doggy treats, definately give Whimzees a whirl! Also, For those curious on size selection – Milo’s about 20 pounds and we go with the small ones which are a great fit for his mouth.

Absolutely! I gotta say, my husky mix, Nala, also loves Whimzees treats. It’s remarkable as she doesn’t really go for the usual biscuit-style treats but seems to really enjoy the unique shapes annd consistency of these. Plus, they’re just the right size for her— not too small to be a choking hazard, but also not so big that she gets overwhelmed. For durability? They last surprisingly long, considering how vigorously she chews! The price may seem a bit much at first glance, but in my opinion, it’s worth it. Have any of you tried different flavors? My Nala enjoys the alligator most! Maybe your pups would like them too.

Been using the Tractive GPS tracker with my large Labrador Rex for about 6 months now, and I have some mixed feelings. While it’s true that the sleek design is quite appealing, I noticed that it might not be the best fit for bigger dogs. On Rex, it seems cumbersome and he tends to knock it around quite a bit. Anyone else having this same issue with larger breeds? Does anyone have suggestions on how to manage this situation better? Or even a different product recommendation perhaps?
