MemberI guess vacuuming off the hair and any loose dirt would be step one. Then perhaps spot cleaning any ‘incident’ areas with a pet-safe detergent? Remember not to overdo with water as…well…it’s still wool at end of the day even though it’s synthetic. Just my two cents here from my experience in handling fuzzy fabrics (beaten by sweaters in life more than once!). Have anyone tried this method with their Ugg bed?

MemberOne bit of advice would be to grab washable cover for it – helps keeping things fresh (if you know what I mean) especially if your dog spends lots of time in their bed.
Anyone out there who has tried adding something chew-resistant to their dog’s bed? Would be nice to hear some alternatives from you guys!09/12/2024 at 10:03 PM in reply to: “Exploring the Comfort and Practicality of a Human Dog Bed from Costco” #6374Lazy-Retriever-3073

Memberguys, we got a Tempur Pedic dog bed for our mischievous Mastiff, Bigfoot, and he seems to really love it. It helps a ton with his joint issues from all the crazy leaps and bounds he loves taking in the garden. Totally get the drooling issue though – you don’t know drool till you’ve had a Mastiff! Got the Pet Bed Protector as suggested above and it’s been quite a life (and bed) saver. Anybody else found any good solutions for coping with our slobber-monsters?
