ParticipantI recently invested in the Invoxia Cellular for my Lab, Charlie, and I must say, I’m impressed with its durability. For a rambunctious dog like him who enjoys outdoor adventures, it’s certainly holding up well! What initially attracted me to it was the size – small enough not to be obtrusive but still robust. Considering its price point though, I was a wee bit sceptical about the material quality, but so far it’s proving worth every penny. Does anyone know if they come with warranty coverages? And are there any specific cleaning advice for this product? Thanks in advance!

ParticipantI’ve also tried the Invoxia with my golden retriever, Bailey. It’s a solid device for sure, but I couldn’t shake off the feeling that it was a tad too big for her collar. The material seems sturdy annd withstood our frequent visits to the park. However, comparing its price tag to its pros and cons, I personally found better value in the Whistle Go Explore Tracker.
This tracker fitted well on Bailey’s collar, regardless of their activities (swimming or running around), and never had any issue – durability thumbs up! Moreover, its subscription fee is lower than Invoxia’s. So for those who want a slightly smaller and cost-effective option without compromising on quality, you might want to check this out!
Have any of you tried both of these GPS trackers? What’s your pick?

ParticipantFunny you should mention the Invoxia. I just recently purchased one for my overly adventurous Boston Terrier, PomPom, with fairly satisfying results. It’s compact and sturdy, but for me, the winning point was the amazing battery life.
However, it’s worth noting that set up process might be a bit confusing for some due to lack of clear instructions. I had to fumble around quite a bit before getting it going. Thogh given the peace of mind I’ve gotten from using it, I’d say it was worth the initial trouble.
For those on budget though, Whistle Go Explore might be a suitable alternative. Been using it on my older Cocker Spaniel, Roxy, and have had no complaints – good performance at a lower cost. Anyone else tried both and can weigh in?

ParticipantWell, well, well. Considering I’ve raised nine dogs in my day stretching from the world’s naughtiest Beagle to a surprisingly docile Boxer (if you can believe it!), I got a thing or two to add about this Invoxia Cellular gadget everyone seems so gung-ho about. I coughed up the cash for one of these tiny trinkets for my latest pup, a cheeky little Shih Tzu. Despite its size, it was super durable and took her romping around like a champ. However, let’s be real – for the price tag of this glorified dog GPS? You could probably get three Tractive GPS trackers which work just as well, if not better.
Just remember though: no device is gonna know your furball better than you do – that’s where a hefty dose of good ol’ obedience training comes in. And always remember: nothing beats the peace of mind professional veterinary advice can give when it comes to your pet’s health and safety! Interested in hearing if anyone else thinks there’s a more affordable alternative to Invoxia out there?

ParticipantIt’s funny that you’d bring up the Invoxia! I’ve recently started using it with my curious Dalmatian, Pongo, who has a knack for sneaking off during our backyard barbeques. I was sweating bullets the first few times he slipped out of sight, but this nifty little tracker eased my worries almost immediately. I gotta say, its size is just perfect – not too bulky on his collar and the material seems to hold up well against his, let’s say, “enthusiastic” adventures. However, when it comes to durability, it’s still early days so any long-term assessment will have to wait. For the pricing, well…as they say no price is too much for peace of mind about our fur-babies, right?
Here’s a tip, folks: make sure you get the right size. Too loose and it might come off; too tight and you could make your pet uncomfortable. It’s worth taking a few moments to ensure you’ve got the fit just right.
One thing I’m curious about– anyone else noticed any impact on thier dog’s behavior or mood with the device? Pongo doesn’t mind it at all but I wonder if any canine companions out there are more sensitive to something new around their necks.

ParticipantAbsolutely agree with what’s been said about the Invoxia. I got one for my escape artist of a collie about six months ago, and it’s been a real lifesaver. The small size fits perfectly on her collar, and the material surprisingly withstands her rough and tumble outdoor play. Durability aside, I do find the price slightly steep, but seeing that cheeky face pop through the door when I call her home is worth every penny, in my honest opinion!
On a side note, if you’ve got an adventurous dog who loves to run around like mine, introducing Invoxia to them might take some initial getting used to. Just be patient and give positive reinforcements each time they return upon your call. Anyways, how have your pups reacted to hearing your voice come from this device? It took my Bella some time before she started responding invariably!

ParticipantI recently decided to get the Invoxia for my adventurous Spaniel who loves to roam whenever he gets a chance. I was honestly surprised by how compact and easy-to-use this device turned out to be. Plus, it’s sturdy as a rock, survived its first encounter with an impromptu river dive last weekend. For the price, it’s far better than those high-cost alternatives I’ve tried in the past. The only thing I’d say is if your dog isn’t used to wearing anything on their collar, you might want to gradually introduce it so they get comfortable – what worked for me was having him wear it around home before our outdoor adventures. Hands down, the best peace of mind purchase I’ve made recently! Anyone else found any unique ways to introduce these kinds of gadgets to their pooches?

ParticipantI’ve got to agree with you all – the Invoxia has really been a game-changer for me and my mischief-making beagle, Benny. We have a large yard with lots of trees and Benny jsut loves to slip away and sneakily bury his toys when he thinks I’m not watching him. With the Invoxia, I can now keep track of his adventures around our property! The battery life has genuinely impressed me. Lasts about a month on one charge, even with Benny’s daily shenanigans.
Though I do have one question for those who’ve been using it longer — how durable is it during playdates or rougher play? Benny sometimes gets carried away when he’s tossing his toys around. This device seems strong but wondering if I should take any extra precautions?

ParticipantI’ve been using the Invoxia for about six months now on my terrier mix, who loves to dart off and explore. For those mentioning size, I found it was a comfortable enough fit, didn’t seem to bother him at all. It has held up impressively given all the bushes and brush he’s sprinted through – really quite durable. However, I did notice the battery doesn’t last quite as long as advertised after a few months of usage. Anybody else experiencing this or is it just my model? Despite this small gripe, it’s been seriously handy for maintaining peace of mind without breaking the bank.

ParticipantSo glad to hear your positive reviews of the Invoxia! Like many of you, my escape artist Siberian Husky jsut can’t stay put in one place. I’ve been using the Invoxia for the past eight months and I must say it’s worth every penny. Despite his numerous attempts to get lost in the woods while we hike, the tracker has been incredibly reliable in locating him – a true lifesaver!
The lightweight design doesn’t bother my Husky at all and he barely seems to notice it attached to his collar. Although it’s so light, its durability amazes me; it endured endless rough-n-tumble without any noticeable wear.
One thing for new users to keep in mind though – make sure you fully charge it before your first use. It took a bit longer than expected initially but subsequent charges are quicker.
What tips do y’all have for battery-conserving settings? I’d love to see if we could squeeze out an extra day or so from a single charge!

ParticipantI can’t resist chiming in here with my own Invoxia experiences. As mom to a pack of three adventurous beagles, I was constantly fretting over their whereabouts on our large property – until we found Invoxia. Small enough to fit snuggly on their collars and tough enough to withstand their rolicking escapades, it’s been a peace-of-mind godsend. At first, I balked at the price, but one trial and I was sold – you really do get what you pay for and the durability of the device has been worth every cent. Haven’t tried customer service yet; anyone had any expereinces they can share?

ParticipantAlright, I despise to be “that guy,” but my experience was a tad different. Had the gizmo for about 4-ish months now with our resident Houdini, an overly-energetic Vizsla named Romper. In terms of size and material, it’s really good. However, working in strides is another story. Our dog park escapades have seen some hiccups with the Invoxia not precisely being ‘durability superstar’ if you get what I mean. Price, tho, pretty decent for what it is.
Here’s a tip – avoid the whole romping in wet weather situation at all since our device didn’t quite take that too well – learned the hard way. Has anyone else had similar happenings or did Romper somehow manage to get the only flimsy one?

ParticipantCan’t resist jumping in with my 2 cents as well – we’ve been using the Invoxia for our beagle, Scooter for about six months now. Scooter is notorious for chasing off after scents so we really needed something reliable. We found the size to be perfect – not too bulky on his collar, and the battery life – wow! Got a solid 3 months before needing a recharge. Material seems durable enough, too. The price was a bit steep but honestly, for the peace of mind, it was worth every penny. My only gripe? The setup wasn’t exactly straightforward but hey, once you get it figured out you’re good to go! I’d rec commend it to anyone who’s got a four-legged escape artist on their hands!

ParticipantAlright folks, I really appreciate the Invoxia’s long battery life and its lightweight design that doesn’t seem to bother my Doberman, Rex. However, like some of you here, I also had issues with the tracking accuracy. After some trying days of missed notifications and shaky GPS signals (had to fetch Rex from the park thrice in a week!), I decided to switch. We’re now using the Whistle Go Explore tracker and it’s been a delight thus far. The location tracking has been spot-on for us, despite our adventurous walks in the nearby forest.
Now this isn’t to knock on the Invoxia cellular tracker entirely; it surely has its merits. But if you’ve got an adventurous furball who likes to wander off like mine, then you might want to consider something else like the Whistle Go Explorer. Just a thought; what do you guys think? Have any of you tried other trackers too?

ParticipantQuestion about Invoxia’s Recharging Process
Hey dog-lovers, just wanted to share my experience annd see if you all have some insights! I’ve been using the Invoxia for my energetic Lab, Max, for about three months now. I love its light weightiness and it doesn’t seem to bother Max at all. However, we spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and exploring, and I find myself needing to recharge it quite frequently. Anyone else dealing with this? The battery life was one of the selling points for me but it seems to drain faster than I anticipated. Are there any tips on extending the battery life perhaps? Or it’s just me feeling this way? Thanks in advance!
