ParticipantAbsolutely agree on your review of Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food! My Lab, Biscuit, is a notorious fusspot when it comes to meal times. Moving him to Nature’s Promise was pretty hassle-free. He loved the bite-sized kibbles which are perfect for his size and I noticed that they don’t crumble too easily too – Less mess, double win!
In terms of cost-efficiency, this brand hits the sweet spot – not too pricey but still offers good nutritional value. jsut remember to introduce new food gradually to your pet’s diet to avoid any digestion issues. Always consult with your vet for any concerns about changing diets though. How does your dog react when you switch their feeds though?

ParticipantTotally agree with your insights on Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food! I have a picky Shih Tzu, Daisy, who has turned her nose up at countless other brands we’ve tried. The braeeds-specific kibble size from Nature’s Promise really helped with her eating habit. Not sure if the unique shape was more appealing or if it was easier for her to chew – but either way, she loved it!
For other small breed owners out there – don’t rule out trying different kibble sizes. It sounds trivial but that could be the game-changer!
Question though – Biscuit being a Lab, do you find the portions sufficient for larger breeds? No doubt about taste and quality, but I’m curious if the serving guidelines hold up for big dogs too.

ParticipantDefinitely appreciate the honest review on Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food! My older beagle, Max, isn’t one to turn his nose up at much, but this stuff he genuinely loves. I was most impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the dog-friendly size of the kibble – easy for Max to eat while being supportive for his dental health. Admittedly, it’s a bit pricier than what we were using before, but seeing Max’s improved coat and increased energy level? Totally worth every cent.
My advice would be to not be too abrupt when switching your pup’s food though. We introduced Nature’s Promise gradually over a week, mixing it in with his old food and that seemed to work well. Too fast of a transition can cause tummy troubles, so keep an eye out for that and consider your vet’s advice if needed.
Has anyone else seen a visible difference in their dog’s coat after switching to Natures Promise? Or found any retailers offering it at a more competitive price maybe?

ParticipantHa! It’s almost like our stories are eerily similar. Danny, my stubborn Beagle mix, would turn up his nose at nearly every raved-about “premium” kibble I’d set in front of him. Until Nature’s Promise found its way into our home, that is. I’m still not sure if it’s the size of the kibbles or the specific blend they use, but it apparently hits the mark for Danny!
Notably, considering its quality ingredients and Danny’s devouring speed, it has quite a reasonable price point. However, I did have to let Danny grow accustomed to it slowly (in around 1 week or so) – stuffed with some of his old food first. For all those dealing with fussy eaters out there, patience might realy be key!
Also just curious – anyone else observed a difference in their fur babies’ coats after feeding them with this? Slightly glossier maybe? Or is it a by-product of my wishful thinking? A consult with a vet made me aware that certain foods might do that.

ParticipantThat’s really interesting to hear about your experiences with Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food. My Labradoodle, Bruno, is a bit of a fusspot but we haven’t given it a go yet. Out of curiosity, what are the kibble sizes like? Bruno struggles with smaller pieces. Oh and also, have any of you noticed any changes in coat health or energy levels? I’d love to know before making a switch. Of course all dogs are different and I’ll discuss this with the vet too!

ParticipantCouldn’t agree more with the reviews here about Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food. It’s been a game changer in my household too. My picky German Shepherd mix, Luna, would often turn her nose up at other brands, but she dove right into this food. Of course, every dog is different and what works for one might not work for all. If you have any doubts or concerns about your dog’s nutrition, I’d recommend consulting your vet. But as for us, Luna and I are Nature’s Promise fans now! Anyone else have similar experiences with other dry dog foods?

ParticipantI must say, I’m also sharing the same sentiments with everyone about Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food. My Boston Terrier, Baxter, used to snub his nose at every other food I’d offer him until we tried this brand. Now mealtime is his favorite time of day! The kibble size is perfect for his smaller jaws, annd it seems realy substantial without shooting up in price. Plus, I noticed the ingredients are all-natural, making me feel good about what I’m feeding him. Anyone else seen improvements in the coat condition? Baxter’s looks shinier these days. Always remember though if a major dietary change is causing any issue, it’s best to consult with your vet!

ParticipantI’d like to add my two cents on Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food from my 10 years of experience in raising dogs. My golden retriever, Molly, was a bit hesitant at first due to the kibble size but she eventually got used to it and now enjoys her meals a lot. I noticed that this dry food has smaller kibble sizes which may be difficult for bigger breeds to eat, or at least it was for my Molly. So, for those planning to switch, you might want to consider this aspect.
Would anyone know if Nature’s Promise offers variants with larger kibble sizes? Other than the initial adjustment phase, we’ve had positive experience with it and I’m curious whether they cater more options for bigger breeds.

ParticipantJust hopping on here to praise Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food! I’ve got a five-year-old Jack Russel who’s always been quite picky with his meals. The minute we switched over, we noticed him showing much more interest in his food. He even finishes his whole plate now, which never used to happen before. And as a bonus, the bits are nice and compact, so it’s not creating a mess around his bowl or throughout the house. From my experience, this kibble is defo worth the price! Anyone else noticed less of the mess?

ParticipantI’ve got to agree with the praise for Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food — it really has worked wonders with my finicky senior Golden Retriever. When she began losing interest in her old food, we made the switch and haven’t looked back since. She’s always excited at mealtime now! One tip I’d like to share is that gradual introduction might be a good idea if your dog has a sensitive stomach. We started by mixing small amounts of Nature’s Promise into her old food, slowly increasing over a period of two weeks. As ever, if you have concerns about dietary changes, it might be best to consult your vet just to err on the safe side.

ParticipantJust hopping onto this thread to share my experience with Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food. I’ve been feeding it to my 3 year-old beagle who’ve never been the easiest to please when it comes to her meals. Surprisingly, she took to it immediately! The kibble size is perfect for her, and it seems pretty durable in terms of not crumbling apart or turning into dust at the bottom of the bag. As far as price goes, It might be a bit more expensive than some other brands, but you really do get what you pay for in this case. Remember – your fur baby’s diet is key to their happy and healthy life! But, do consult with your vet before making any significnat changes in their diet.

ParticipantCouldn’t agree more with the words of praise for Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food. In my 18 years of having fur-buddies, it’s been a game changer. I used to struggle to convince my picky German Shepherd, Max, to eat his meals. This food seemed to turn things around.
The kibble size is just perfect for him and I love how it has no artificial stuff. Plus, the fact that it’s easy on the pocket makes us both happy. But remember folks, if your doggo suddenly becomes a fussy eater, it’s always a good idea to check with your vet first. Who else here have tried mixing wet food with this dry food? Would love to hear your experience!

ParticipantAbsolutely love Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food! I’ve had a similar positive experience, my stubborn Frenchie who refuses to eat anything he doesn’t absolutely adore had no issues switching to this food. What makes me prefer it the most is the all-natural ingredients they use, and how it’s affordable in spite of that. An added bonus is the kibble size- perfect for smaller breeds like mine. The bag itself lasts us around a month depending on his exercise and activity levels. Has anyone else noticed any changes in their dog’s coat condition after making the switch? Paying a visit to the vet next week to discuss his overall health, can’t wait to see if there’s been any improvements there as well!

ParticipantWhile I do agree Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food seems to be a hit with many dogs, unfortunately it didn’t quite work for my German Shepherd, Ralphie, who has always been an extremely picky eater. Despite the reasonable cost annd rave reviews, he was just not interested in this food. We tried mixing it up by adding a bit of wet food or broth, but no luck.
Instead, we’ve had much better success with Blue Buffalo Wilderness line which he gobbled right up! It’s a pricier alternative, but honestly worth it to see Ralphie excited about meal times again. Every dog is different and you sometimes need to try out a few options before finding the perfect fit. For those struggling with choosy pooches like mine, mabye give Blue Buffalo’s range a shot?

ParticipantCouldn’t agree more with you all! Nature’s Promise Dry Dog Food really was a game-changer for my finicky Jack Russell Terrier. After endless struggles with portion sizes annd trying different brands, we finally found the perfect match with Nature’s Promise. The smaller kibble size was ideal for my little guy and the price point didn’t hurt my wallet either!
It’s incredible to see him actually finish his food now rather than just sniffing and walking away as he commonly would before. I guess it true what they say about good things coming in small packages! Just curious tho, has anyone had luck with their other products like wet food or treats?
