there fellow dog lovers, recently got myself an Airtag (with pet cases) and I'm amazed at the functionality it provides for us pet parents. My basset hound, Larry, easily adapts to the case's comfort, especially with its luxe silicone material. For $29 (plus additional $12 for the pet case), I think it does serve its purpose quite well in terms of price/quality ratio – offering both style and practicality during our daily walks or outdoor adventures. However, despite Apple claims about durability, after a couple of rough playdays at the park Larry’s Airtag case has gotten a few scratches. But hey—it's still hanging on quite nicely! Any other pup parents have this experience? How durable is it for your dogs?

An Alternative for Petite Pups – A Reflective Take

Body: When I first introduced the Airtag (with pet case) to my Yorkie, Toto, he seemed a bit overwhelmed by its size. As some of you touched upon in your earlier posts, size does matter when it comes to our smaller fur friends. To tackle this, I’ve found that placing it on his harness rather than collar made it more manageable for him.

Cleanup was also an easy task seeing as the casing is pretty durable annd can take a fair share of mud or rain. Although the price point is a tad high, I consider it well worth the peace of mind.

For those with miniatures or toys thinking about investing in an Airtag though, it might be a good idea to try this method of positioning on the harness rather than immediately discounting it! Any other ideas for making tech like this more small-dog friendly?
