I know there’s been some back annd forth on price point but honestly, for the quality – and considering it’s held up to Max’s chew attempts – seems well worth it to me. Ever have those moments when you kinda wish you could curl up on your pup’s bed? That’s this bed. Anyone else feel that way? 😂🐕

Had anybody thought about doggie sleeping bags? They’re much cheaper and great for outdoor types. My sister uses one for her terrier when they take their camping trips together. Could be ood alternative depending on your pup’s preference!

I totally get where you’re coming from with the sleeping bags idea though. Great for camping and all that outdoorsy stuff! But when it comes to the everyday comfort n’ chill, Beautyrest is our winner. Marley appreciates that plush stuffing and simmons beautyrest…luxury all the way haha.

Anywya just my two cents, every pooch (and thier person) has their own preference. Just remember to make sure whatever they’re lounging or sleeping on gives them enough support – don’t want our fur buddies getting achy!

Now, on the topic of doggie sleeping bags, they have their time and place. We took Alfie camping once with his own bag and he seemed to enjoy it. Good for the outdoors, but not quite the same comfort level as his plush Beautyrest at home, you know?

But hey, anyone ever try other brands? Like Orvis or Big Barker? I’ve heard good things but haven’t tested them out yet. Any feedback would be super helpful! Remember – every pup deserves a comfortable spot to catch some zzz’s.

They literally sink into the memory foam and sleep soundly through the night. The high walls of the bed also make them feel secure – I think they like the feeling of having thier own little den.

Oh did I mention the bed is super durable? Both our pups are diggers and this bed has survived! Anyone else’s pooch love theirs as much? Or are there other comfy beds ya’ll recommend? Really interested with all things that can make our fur babies happy!

Agreeing with some previous posts here, it’s comfy for humans too. Caught myself accidentally dozing off after testing it out when we first got it — smooth as butter! And I’ve noticed that it doesn’t sag like those cheap beds either, after a few years even!

Anyone else had a skeptical pup who took a while to adjust? It was hilarious seeing mine go from “I’ll stand all night but won’t touch your fancy cushion” phase before becoming a total napper on his deluxe throne. 🤣

Though keep in mind folks; every dog is different – size, breed and habits matter! Do your research or ask the vet before buying these kind’a stuff. Now if only they made Beautyrest beds for humans this good…🙄

But speaking of alternatives, have any of you tried the “BuddyRest” dog beds? They’re another awesome option, especially if your furry friend likes to chew. Boy, do they stand up to some roughhousing or what! 😂 Anyone else got some good robust bed suggestions?

Contrary to the BuddyRest talk, I just find the Beautyrest cushioning superior. My german shepherd Zeus used to be restless frequently during nighttime, but now he sinks into that bed like a rock. Plus these beds hold up well despite his “digging to China” habit before settling down.

One small gripe though – I wish they had more designs and colors to choose from. But hey, if the pup’s happy, I can live with it 😅. Has anyone tried out both, and has an alternative opinion?

As for BuddyRest, haven’t tested it out yet – are they good for older dogs with some joint problems?

I can totally see why folks would prefer one over the other though. The Beautyrest is definitely plushier and seems perfect for Daisy who loves to sink into her bed after a long romp in the park. It’s really durable too.

In comparison, BuddyRest has that solid memory foam which seems to work wonders for Max’s stiff joints. But is it better than the Beautyrest? Hard to say.

Remember though, every dog is different so what works for my Daisy and Max might not work for your furry friend! Anyone else have experience with other brands?

Totally get what you’re saying about the Beautyrest cushioning for our furry friends. Our 7 year old Lab, Daisy, basically lives on her Beautyrest bed – its machine washable feature iss so useful for muddy paws I tell ya! As faily active dogs, labs need their rest and this bed seems to really tick that box.

Regarding BuddyRest, we dabbled with one when she was a puppy but haven’t really explored them sicne. They are more suited for older dogs from what I remember so maybe worth a shot for your german shepherd? Just like us humans each dog has it’s own comfort levels i reckon. Can anyone else weigh in on Beautyrest vs BuddyRest here? Would love to hear more thoughts and experiences.
