As for reaching out to Yeti, I’m not sure about a dedicated hotline haha but when Sammy managed to pull at some of the stitching (he’s a bit of a nibbler), their customer service was top-notch. They replaced the cover no questions asked. So they might not have a doggie-bed-hotline per say, but they’re pretty on ball in my experience.
Remember to keep your warranty info safe though guys- that stuff comes in handy big time. Anyone bought one second hand and had issues tho? Should you even buy pet beds second hand? Thoughts?
