ParticipantTotally agree with your Charlee Bear Dog Treats review! Those treats absolute winners at our house, too. Our golden, Riley, can’t resist those little circles of joy. They’re just the right size to use for training treats- small but still flavorful enough to get his attention. Gentle on his tummy as well!
I’ve found they’re pretty easy on the pocketbook compared to some other brands which is a bonus. But if anyone’s on a tight budget and needs an alternative, check out homemade recipes instead. Anyone else making their own treats? It can be a fun activity and you know exactly what goes into them!

ParticipantSo glad to hear your pup loves Charlee Bear treats as much as mine does! I fully concur with your assessment on their size, especially with smaller breed dogs or those on a strict diet — they’re ideal for portion control. The price is quite reasonable, and I’ve found them to be quite durable, unlike some treats that crumble in your pocket.
Just one wee anecdote to share: my determined terrier Lucy once managed to snag the treat bag from the coffee table (cheeky girl!). She was having a field day! When I finally caught her (red-pawed, so to speak), there wasn’t a single crumb left in that bag. It was a total endorsement of Charlee Bear from Lucy herself!
One minor tip: try keeping these treats in different spots around the house — makes training and rewarding good behavior super convenient. Has anyone else stumbled upon creative uses or storage tactics for these tasty tidbits?

ParticipantI’m wholeheartedly on the Charlee Bear Treats train with you guys! My Corgi, Pip, can’t get enough of them – and neither can I, to be honest. They’re small in size which makes them perfect for training without worrying about overfeeding. And the price is pretty reasonable too.
Once while I was out of Charlee treats, I tried using regular dog kibble but Pip just spit them out like they were old shoes! The only problem I’ve found is getting my hands on these gems as often as I’d like – they tend to be out of stock at my local store a lot. Anyone know a handy online retailer that keeps a steady supply?

ParticipantCouldn’t agree more with all the Charlee Bear treat love! Just a heads up for those with small dogs or puppies, though – you might want to break the treats in half. My little dachshund, Peanut, sometimes struggles with the whole ones. As an added bonus, your treat supply lasts longer this way! Pip and Peanut would definitely be best buds at a ‘Charlee Bear’ party. Remember to always supervise snack time and it’s cool how these come in so handy during training sessions. But definetely consult your vet with any dietary changes!

ParticipantI’ve been giving my Boxer, Belle, Charlee Bear treats as a reward for learning tricks and she adores them. I’ve noticed they’re great for her small meals due to their size and low calorie count. However, I’ve found that they are not as durable as some other treats I’ve previously bought; does anyone know if Charlee Bear’s supposed to be chewy or have I gotten a bad batch? On another note, the price seems a tad bit high compared to other treat options. In spite of this, if my Belle continues to love ’em as much as she does now, it’s absolutely worth it!

ParticipantI must say, Charlee Bear treats are quite popular in my household too. They’re gentle on my Poodle mix, Archie’s tummy and despite being low calorie, they don’t skimp on flavor – at least according to Archie’s enthusiastic munching. That being said, for those who have pups that are a bit on the picky side or need variety, you might want to give Zuke’s Mini Naturals a shot. My friend owns a finicky Beagle and he told me Zuke’s was a real game changer for them in terms of successful training rewards. A little bit pricier but worth every penny if it keeps our fur babies happy and motivated, right? Of course, always keep an eye out for any unusual reactions with new treats, and don’t hesitate to get your vet’s opinion. Any other treat recommendations out there for the trick-learning process?

ParticipantI’m not totally against Charlee Bear treats, but they didn’t exactly impress me. I found their size a bit too small for my German Shepard, Max – he almost chomped my fingers off thinking there was more in my hand! Plus the price point seems high for what you’re getting. Does anyone else with large breed dogs feel the same? Would prefer a larger affordable treat that could still be used for training sessions without breaking the bank. Any suggestions?

ParticipantJust chiming in to agree that Charlee Bear treats have become quite a staple in my household as well. My Golden Retriever, Marley, is extremely food motivated and these work wonders when I’m training him. Their size actually works great for us because Marley tends to gulp down treats without really chewing – these small-sized tidbits ensure he doesn’t do that. I appreciate the price point too, you get a good quantity without breaking the bank. As always tho, a balanced diet is key – so be sure not to overdo the treats! Has anyone else noticed their dogs behaving better during training with these treats? Just curious!

ParticipantI’ve gotta toss my hat in the ring here and say Charlee Bear treats are much appreciated by my lab mix, Benny too. Good thing about ’em is their bite-size style which comes in handy during training sessions. Price point isn’t bad either considering the quality and quantity you’re getting. The first time I got them for Benny, you should’ve seen his tail waggle—boy was he thrilled! Their size also makes them an incredible option for hiding in toys and turning treat time into a kind of hunting game for him. Always remember though, no matter how good these treats might seem, they’re not a substitute for a balanced diet or regular meals so be mindful of that gang!

ParticipantTotally agree about Charlee Bear treats, they’ve been a life-saver in my house! My boxer, Rocky, is usually a bit picky when it comes to treats but he always seems excited when he hears the package crack open. Honestly, I think the small size is perfect – great for training sessions and portion controlling. They’re not very crumbly either, which is a huge plus as far as clean-up goes. And looking at the price point, Charlee Bear gives us a good bang for our buck, wouldn’t you guys agree? Has anyone tried using these treats with puppy training? Would love to know more!

ParticipantJumping in on the Charlee Bear bandwagon here! My golden retriever, Daisy, is absolutely crazy for them. I love that they’re not just super tasty (Daisy’s opinion, of course), but also small and low-calorie. It makes it so much easier for me to reward Daisy without worrying about overfeeding her. The price is also a big plus – it’s such good value for the amount you get. One bag seems to last us much longer than other treats we’ve tried.
Little story time: one day I accidentally dropped a full bag, and Daisy was there in a flash helping me clean up… by trying to eat them all off the floor! I swear she must have thought it was the best day ever. Needless to say, we now keep our Charlee Bear treats on a high shelf! Has anyone else had funny mishaps with treats?

ParticipantI’m a fan of Charlee Bear treats too, especially when it comes to training my frisky little corgi, Gizmo. It’s not just the flavor he goes nuts for – these had perfect bite-sized pieces that are easy for smaller breeds to handle. Gizmo used to be super picky about his treats and lose interest quickly, but with these, he has remained constantly motivated during our sessions! Just make sure not to overdo it due to their low-calorie count; they’re not meant as a meal substitute! And remember, if you notice any changes in your dog’s behaviour or diet, always best to consult your vet. Any other small breed owners out there who’ve had a similar experience?

ParticipantAbsolutely joining in on this Charlee Bear appreciation thread. My cocker spaniel, Tobi, is also a huge fan of them. He adores the crunch so much that I’ve actually been able to use them as incentives for his naughty habit of stealing socks! But my question is about their size. Does anyone else find these treats a bit too small for larger breeds? Curious to know how other large dog owners are managing this. People do make their own variations of these treats, right?

ParticipantBeen using Charlee Bear for my boxer, Bruno, as well and he can’t seem to get enough of them. I particularly appreciate the small size of the treats – super convenient for on-the-go training and not too ‘heavy’ as rewards. Does anybody else find though that these treats crumble a bit in your pocket? Not a massive issue but a slight inconvenience when your pockets end up full of bits. Also, is there a different treat you would suggest that might hold up better during our regular park outings?

ParticipantGot to join in on this Charlee Bear praise parade! Have been using these treats for about a year now with my golden retriever, Ollie. If the size of your dog is a concern, worry no more – these treats are perfectly bite-sized and Ollie doesn’t seem to have any trouble munching on them during our training sessions.
Their durability is noteworthy too; you know some treats tend to crumble and make a mess? Not these, they remain intact right up until crunch time! Plus, for the price point, I’m rather happy with the quantity provided.
Anyone else notice though that these treats can be a bit dry sometimes? My Ollie seems nonplussed but just curious if anyone has encountered this too or it’s just my batch. Any ideas, folks?
