However, what’s the washing like for you guys? I’ve put it in the wash couple times and felt it loses its fluffiness afterward. anyone else experiencing this or have any tips to keep it as fluffy as when new? You know, I’ve learned that chuckin’ it in the washer isn’t always the best idea since the filling can bunch up and make it lumpy. Instead, I usually spot clean it with warm soapy water. If you must wash the whole thing try hand-washing and air drying. Helps keep it looking fluffy and comfortable.
Have any of you tried these washable covers tho? I’m thinking about investing in one for those messier situations (my pup happens to love muddy adventures). Would love to hear your thoughts on this! 🐾😊
So true about the washing part, guys! I’ve had my little Bella’s Hello Kitty Dog bed for a few months now and made the mistake of tossin’ it in the washing machine early on. Biiig mistake, let me tell ya. Oversaturated the filling and it took forever to dry out! Since then, I stick to spot cleaning and airing it out once every fortnight or so. Works like a charm, and Bella seems to enjoy her bed way more that way!
Has anyone found a simple method they swear by for deep cleaning these beds though? Bella is quite the adventurer and sometimes the ‘spots’ are spread all over…lol.
However, we gave it a shot and lo and behold, Buster couldn’t have been more in love with his new snoozing spot. He took to that bed like a duck to water! It’s not only cozy for him but also seems pretty durable – a major plus as far as big dogs are concerned.
That being said, have any of you tried out any other themed beds? I’m considering getting another fun one for our second pup. Or should I just stick to what works and get another Hello Kitty masterpiece? 😉
So Cuddles has been lounging in it since she was barely bigger than a shoe. And she adores that bed more than anything else! What I love most is how super easy it is to clean, and so far it’s held up great despite some destructive puppy teething moments. 😂
