Totally agree with the last comment here about the Petco dog bed. We picked one up for my Maxie pie (A darling Cocker Spaniel! 💕) and honestly, we haven’t looked back since. Super fluffy and the way it cradles him is a sight to behold haha.

One thing I’d say though – they’re not exactly chew-proof, if you get what I mean 😅 Something to keep in mind if you got a pupper who’s still in that naughty phase or has a knack for gnawing! Other than that, I’d defo recommend it, absolutely worth your buck 💯 Anyone else have any fun stories or experiences with their pet beds? 🐾

P.S.: The bed still makes an attractive room decor though, if anyone minds that 😆.

But seriously guys, before rushing off to grab one for your fur baby, you gotta consider their sleeping habits y’know. Archie is more of a curled-up sleeper so it worked great for him, but if you’ve got dogs that sprawls or stretches out, they might find it a bit cramped. Might be worth rethinking based on the sleeping style of your pooch.

Has anyone else seen differences based on their dog’s sleep style? Would love hear other experiences. And oh — comfy snoozin’ to all puppers out there! 🐾

Anyone else try DIYing a dog bed before? Wondering if that might be more up her alley…

I actually got my fur baby a Petco dog bed a few months back. She’d been getting grumpy on her old bed– probably coz it was close to 7 years old! Can’t say I blame her.

Initially, she seemed to quite like the new Petco one– took to it instantly. I thought we had hit the jackpot and all was smooth sailing… until about a week later when she started chewing on it. Seems like she likes the taste as well but in an entirely different way.

And DIYing? Well, I tried that once with my older labrador, had some old cushions lying around the house. Thought it would be an easy hit– comfort with familiarity– you know? It worked for a bit after I spent countless hours stitching together—to only have him tear it apart a day later.

Not saying Petco or DIY is bad, maybe it’s just me not picking up on what my dogs actually wnt. But yeah, Im back here at square one—looking for another dog bed. Anyone tried Chewy’s or Amazon’s dog beds? Something good happened there?

Just a tip though, I had to air it out for a day or two after buying because of that new product smell. But after that short hiccup, all’s good.

Have you noticed your dog going to its bed more often than before?
