  • Does anyone else’s pup roll around before they settle though? Like he’s trying to find the “perfect spot” or something…maybe it’s because the foam reacts to body heat and takes a minute to adjust?

By the way, if anybody’s thinking of getting one, check online first – sometimes they have great deals. Do watch out for cheap knock-offs though…your fur-baby deserves nothing but the best 😉

I saw this post and had to chime in about the Furhaven dog bed. I got one for my golden retriever, Daisy, a few months back and, let me tell ya, she’s had some of the best sleeps in her life on this thing. It’s super roomy and the orthopedic foam seems like it’s really comfy for her.

And another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. The cover zips right off and pops back on after a quick wash. Makes life a little less chaotic with all the shedding she does. Has anyone else found it this simple or am I just having good luck?

About previous posts mentioning its durability – well, Daisy isn’t much of a chewer so can’t really comment on that part. All in all, totally recommend the Furhaven bed! Anybody else have a similar experience?

P.S – I got ours in “Plush Gray” 😊 Let’s jsut say it matches our living room aesthetic perfectly! Haha!

As for the wrestling match with the cover after a wash, oh boy do I feel you… It’s like putting a tight sweater on a hyperactive toddler, isn’t it? The trick I found was to put the foam back when it’s still a bit damp. It kinda glides easier into the cover. Dunno if that’d help anyone else facing the same struggle?

Also, for those whose pups prefer no cover – ever tried adding a soft throw blanket instead? Might be more comfy for them furry pals while still protecting the foam from excessive wear and tear. What do you guys think? Just tossing in my two cents. Cheers!

But, I gotta say, for anyone on a budget this might not be the ideal solution. Has anyone else tried those DIY no-sew fleece beds? I made one a couple of years ago for my old pug, Mr. Squiggles (rest his soul), and he loved it jsut as much. Plus you can customize the colors and designs too!

Any of you guys tried the memory foam one they got? Wonder how it holds up compared to the regular. I’m kinda considering an upgrade.

Furhaven does sound intriguing as well though… Might have to give it a go after all this hype. 😄

there! Can confirm, the Costco Dog Bed is paws-down a winner. I was skeptical at first too (I mean, it’s Costco, right?), but honestly, my Frenchie Benny is a stubborn little guy and he jumped right in and hasn’t looked back. No kidding, he stares deep into my soul with those big eyes of his every time I try to get him off that bed. It’s hilarious! far more comfy than his old Bedure ortho one – now I kinda wish they did human sizes too… anyone else been tempted to jam themselves onto their fur baby’s bed for a nap or just me? Haha.

I haven’t tried out the furhaven pet bed covers though, how does it hold up in comparison? Tempted to get one as a backup for when the Casper is in the wash. Props for splurging on your furry friend btw, they’re worth every penny! 🐶😄

in reply to: Creating the Perfect Feeding Nook with a Yeti Dog Bed #3765

there, fellow dog lovers! So I’ve read a lot of buzz about this Yeti dog bed annd couldn’t help but chip in with my two cents. We recently got one for our golden retriever and lemme tell ya, he loves it! We initially got it to set up a cozy feeding nook for him but turns out, it’s more than just that.

It’s fluffy, comfy and super durable – perfect for those power-napping session after meal times. What I found interesting was how it almost turned into his personal space where he could just chill and decompress. One thing to consider tho is that it’s quite bulky. So if real estate is an issue in your home, you might wanna think twice.

On the feeding front, truthfully it didn’t change much for us except for slightly less mess around thanks to elevated perches (which don’t come with the bed bt well worth investing in). But maybe other peeps found some cool hacks around this?

Overall, I’d say the Yeti dog doesn’t necessary revolutionize mealtime but it sure as heck makes the lounging experience better post-dinner. Consider getting one if you’re looking at enhancing comfort for your four-legged friend. Happy munching and snoozing your fur babies! 🐾
