  • I’ve had my Yeti Dog Bed for around a year now and honestly, my golden retriever seems pretty happy with it. He’s a big boy and the extra-large size fits him well (he’s about 85lbs). The material definitely stands up against his digging-before-laying-down habbit. Super easy to clean too, just remove the cover and toss it in the wash…which is an absolute lifesaver!

But let me tell ya, I had somewhat ‘sticker shock’ when I first saw the price. Is it worth the hype? Well, it depends on your budget and how much you want to spoil your fur baby. If you’re looking for something more affordable I’d suggest checking out beds from TuffMutts – they’re pretty solid too.

Just checking – has anyone used these for outdoor dogs? How do they hold up in less protected environments?

Does the Casper hold up that well? Anyone here got one whose pup loves a good chew-fest as much as mine does? On another note, anyone else thinkin’ theyre a bit pricey for dog beds or am I just being cheap haha?

Totally agree with that tip about measuring before ordering. We learnt that lesson the hard way too – our great dane looked pretty comical trying to curl up on what turned out to be more of a chihuahua-sized bed, oh well!

Also, slight off-topic but has anyone tried their personalized embroidery? I’ve been thinking about getting it on our next one, just hoping someone can vouch for its quality before I do. Cheers!

Speaking of PetFusion, I decided to give it a shot after the Brindle and… drumroll please… we love it! Honestly didn’t think anything could match up to our old Brindle, but the egg-crate memory foam base on this one is a dream (or so my pup tells me haha). Since my Terrier has minor joint issues, the additional support makes an apparent difference.

So go ahead and give PetFusion a whirl if you’re thinking of mixing it up a bit. Or stick with the old reliable Brindle if you’ve already found your match. Either way, rest assured your pooch is getting top-tier snooze time!

By the way- anyone tried both brands on bigger breeds? Curious how they hold up under more weight.

folks! I’ve been using the Tempur Pedic dog bed for my old Labrador, Max, and boy does he love it. 😅 Before we tried this bed, Max was having issues with stiff joints in the morning – since going for the Tempur Pedic, he seems to be moving around a lot easier after snoozing. It’s quite pricy, but honestly, seeing Max more comfortable makes it worth every penny. Anyone else noticed an improvement in their doggo’s mobility after switching to a memory foam bed? 🐾

I’ve had my Vibrant Life dog bed for about a year now annd I can vouch for its sturdiness – my labrador has been gnawing at the corners too but it’s stood up pretty well. But you’re right, I’ve also noticed some minor tearing…

So what I did was I introduced a bunch of chew toys (Kong is a godsend!) to distract her from her newfound past-time. I guess it all just boils down to our fur babies’ habits. Always important to have those chewy alternatives if your pup is teething or just an enthusiastic chewer like mine!

By the way, has anyone tried any other durable dog bed brands as well? What are your experiences like?

To anyone struggling with messes during mealtime, consider this bed! It’s cozy, functional, and Buddy gives it two paws up. 🐾 Does anyone else have a product they swear by for messy eaters? Always keen on trying out new solutions… less vacuuming time equals more pup-cuddling time amirite?! P.s. always double-check your doggo’s cleanliness after meals too, helps with keeping the “Barney” in tip-top shape!

Someone mentioned earlier about the removable cover being easy to wash annd they weren’t kidding… made my life so much easier. The only downsize (yep i meant to say downsize not downside haha) for me was that I got a size too small at first. Mistake learned tho – always check your pup’s measurements properly before buying, And oh if anyone’s got tips for dealing with their sheding on the bed, I’m all ears!

in reply to: Why the PetFusion Ultimate Dog Bed is My Go-To #5495

To answer your question about the size, yep, the jumbo is absolutely worth it for larger breeds or if your fur baby likes extra space—it’s pretty roomy! Also, just a quick tip: watch out for holiday sales; scored ours during Black Friday with a nice discount.

By the way, anyone tried their new orthopedic bed yet? I’m curious how it compares to this one.

I couldn’t agree more with how durable they are too, absolutely worth every penny if you ask me. Has anyone tried the Squismellow beds for larger dogs, though? My brother is considering getting one for his Great Dane and we’re curious to know if it’ll hold up.

Anyways, maybe give the Brindle another shot before you switch? Sometimes it’s about declaring it “their spot”, try adding a piece of your clothing or their fav blankie on there. Good luck!

In terms of maintaining the bed, it’s been really easy. The material holds up well in the wash – did anyone else find this to be the case too? As for those considering this bed, I would definetly recommend sizing up if your pup is borderline between sizes based on thier guide. It’s better they have some extra space to sprawl out than feel cramped. All in all, I’d say this was a goo dinvestment for us!

One thing I’d point out though – you don’t need to worry too much about their chart for weight and size correlation. Buddy weights nearly 80 pounds, I got him the large anyway and he fits jsut fine with room to stretch out.
Does anyone else have some long-term testimony on these? Like how well do they hold up after a couple of years and washes?

Also totally agree with some previous posts about the size issue – while Bella (she’s a terrier mix) fits jus right, our lab can’t even fit half his body onto it lol Maybe they need to come out with a giant Squishmallows version for bigger breeds? Thoughts?
