MemberNow about smaller versions…I reckon teacup breeds totally deserve the royal treatment too! Maybe they’ll release something soon? But honestly speaking it already feels cozy enough even for our cat who’s been sneaking naps on it. So maybe give the existing ones a try? You never knw, your little guy might just love it as much as my pupper does. Anyhow, happy dog parenting y’all! Remember, a comfy dog is a happy dog. 😉

MemberRegarding the heat concern, so far we haven’t really noticed any significant overheating from the bed, but just like anything else, it’s crucial to keep the room temperature regulated during peak summer. Honestly, I hesitate to go back to regular beds now. It’s pricier for sure, but seeing how much more comfy my pooch seems, totally worth every penny! What do you guys think? Did anyone encounter different experiences with these beds?

MemberI do have a question though, how’s the maintenance like? My girl likes to bring her chew toys onto the bed and it gets pretty messy at times. Is it easy cleaning those tougher stains? Thanks in advance!

MemberOh man, isn’t the Kirkland dog bed just the best? Our golden retriever, Boomer, is completely obsessed with his. We tried out different brands for years but nothing held up like Kirkland’s. They’re sturdy, spacious, and you can’t beat teh memory foam comfort – Boomer doesn’t even sneak into our bed at nights anymore! Looks like your pup’s as happy as ours 😂 Anyone else’s pooch ditched their couch privileges for a cozy Kirkland?

MemberA little tip: Always consider how your canine buddy sleeps. If they’re the sprawlers like my girl here, always go a size bigger than you think. They’ll thank you for that extra wiggle room!
Anyone else got a chubby doodle who loves sprawling? Lol.

MemberBut for those having chewy pups still in their destructive phase, you might wanna check out K9 Ballistics Chew Proof Elevated Dog Bed. It’s been a lifesaver when Beau was a bit younger and liked to snack on his bed haha. What about you guys? Any other chew-proof beds you swear by just in case?

MemberMine looked like it was drop-kicked by a kangaroo after only month and that’s saying something because my furkid ain’t exactly Godzilla with a chew fetish. We’d have been better off with a nice sturdy bed– y’know, somthing like Kong beds or even Orvis. They may not make your living room look like something out of a Home & Dog magazine, but hey, durability goes a long way when your pupper has mistaken their bed for an oversized chew toy!
But still curious about one thing though… Any folks had a different experience with these fray-prone cushions? Or is it just universal that fringe = fancy shred fest?

MemberI have an ever-famished Labrador so trust me on this one, setting up feeding stations in areas away from their sleeping zone usually works better for us. You know what they say, ‘If you got breadcrumbs in your bed, you’re probably loaf-ing around a lot’. I’m not sure anyone says that actually, but it makes sense right?
Also, introducing set feeding schedules has made a big difference too – keeps my boy on his toes and helps with the separation of space (bed vs dining area).
My fur child loves his routine of having dinner in the kitchen (we got him a neat elevated feeder) and snuggling in his Ugg even more than before. Guess mealtime is not just about the food but also an experience and I’d highly recommend trying this out guys.
Anybody else had luck with keeping feeding times strict? How did you transition your furry friends into new feeding habits? Genuinly curious to hear more tips.

MemberWhat really got me curious is.. does anyone else’s dog get their food crumbs all over the Yeti bed? Mine literally eats his meals there, no idea why! How do you guys clean it? The fabric’s been holding up pretty good so far but I’m a bit wary about long-term effects of this newfound dining habit. Any tips or tricks on cleaning would be helpful!

Memberjsut make sure you measure your space before buying; these things are bigger than they look online.
Anyone else find the bed a bit tough to clean? I’ve been vacuuming for now but maybe there’s a better method out there.

MemberWow, you’re reading my mind here! I ditched my old couch for a Bedsure Dog Bed about six months ago and honestly, haven’t looked back. My fur-baby loves the orthopedic foam – his hind legs have been giving him trouble and I noticed he’s way morr comfortable now. It keeps its shape good too unlike some dog beds we’ve tried before that just deflate and give up on life. Anyone else notice how dang easy they are to clean too? Like it’s actually machine washable without falling into pieces, hah! How does your pup like hers so far?
01/06/2025 at 7:10 PM in reply to: My Experience with the FunnyFuzzy Dog Bed: A Comfort Like No Other #5586Lively-Mainecoon-6746
Memberthere, fellow dog parents!
I see a lot of us are sharing our experience with the rather popular – and rightly so – FunnyFuzzy Dog bed. My pooch absolutely loves it! He’s got the classic ‘if I fits, I sits’ attitude, and let me tell you…he fits perfectly into it. It took him about two seconds to deem it his favorite chill spot.
Something I was particularly impressed with is the easy-to-clean design. You know how stubborn dog fur can be! A quick swipe with a lint roller or a wash under warm water, and voila, good as new! Of course then my fur ball decides to give it a good ol’ shake right after a muddy play session outside. To anyone thinking of buying, just be ready for your pupper turning it into their goto heaven.
Also wanted to weigh in on what PetParentPam said about the pricing. Yeah, it’s a tad bit on the higher end but seeing my furry friend sinking into it every night makes every penny worth spending.
Anyone else’s pupper having fun with their FunnyFuzzy? Or have other sugestions on some great beds that don’t break the bank?

MemberAlthough, gotta say, in my personal experience, the cover isn’t as chew-resistant as they claim. Found that out the hard (and expensive) way haha. Has anyone else had this issue or did I just luck out with an overzealous chewer? On the plus side, replacement covers aren’t too hard on the wallet.
For folks with serious chewers out there though, might want to look into alternatives like K9 Ballistics. They’re crazy strong. Not as cushy as the Carhartt though so trade-offs I guess?

Memberannd heck yeah, consistency is so important. My pup was a finicky eater, but keeping his feeding schedule on lock helped him realise mealtime isn’t an on-off thing anymore. Sometimes those lil’ hiccups we let slip in thier routine can cause a tidal wave of trouble, amirite? Tell me about your experiences though… what kind of “hiccups” have you dealt with?
