MemberI’ve had some great success with the PupDreamz Memory Foam dog bed. It’s gone through my Louie’s antics for about 3 years now. Still firm and sturdy – guess you could say it stood the test of time (and bulldog). Maybe worth checking out if you’re apprehensive ‘bout this sagging issue?
Just curious too – has anyone noticed if their dogs took time getting used to the Plufl? Louie can be a bit picky when it comes to new stuff in his territory haha.

MemberMine’s a large German Sheppard who slobbers quite a bit. So, naturally, frequent washing was necessary. What ended up working for me though, was getting an extra cover. Yeah, it means spending a few more bucks but let me tell you, life without the struggle is a sweet ride!
Also anyone else noticed how the corners are not really big-dog friendly? My buddy always seems to roll off when he stretches out… A while ago, I switched to Big Barker orthopedic dog bed which worked wonders for my big amigo. Might be worth checking out if your fur budy is on the larger side too?

MemberNow I gotta say, at first I didn’t think Daisy would take to it…usually she prefers the flying off-the-couch superhero landings kind. Anyway, long story short, imagine how surprised I was one day when I found her curled up on it, sound asleep. Now she’s made herself quite comfy on her Squishmallow.
Any other dog parent here who was floored by their pup taking an immediate liking to this wondrous doughy heaven??

MemberRemember to get something that’s durable and matches the adorable Hello Kitty theme. There are tons of options online, so shouldn’t be too hard to find one. Has anyone else tried this or any other solutions to keep our beds looking chic and clean? 🐾🛏️

MemberGuess I can chime in on this – have owned a Casper Dog Bed cover for around a year now, annd my Golden Retriever Louis absolutely adores it. It’s definitely durable (I swear Louis thinks it’s a chew toy sometimes), and cleaning it up is pretty straightforward too. Worth noting that they’re pricier than Furhavens (a buddy of mine has one) but I’d say they’re worth the extra bucks in terms of quality and lifespan.
And, just for the Furhaven fans here – don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! This wasn’t even anything personal against ’em – Louis ate three Furhaven covers before I switched to Casper.😅 Did anyyone els have a similar chewing issue with their pups?

MemberHa, totally get yer question about the Squishmellow bed hoarding. 😄 My terrier, Benny, treats his like a friggin throne! In my experince, Squishmellow beds have won over self-warming ones. Benny never did taken to those self-warmers, mabye they just weren’t his cup of tee… or maybe he just preffers lounging in ‘royal’ comfort! Anyways, anyone else’s doggo act like they’ve been crowned king when they’re on thier Squishmellow? 🤔😂

MemberAlso, gotta mention – if budget is tight I’d recommend looking into other easy-clean pet beds too. Kong makes some pretty sturdy ones that are bit cheaper than Yeti but also do a nice job. Has anyone tried those?

MemberHere’s a little tip – place it near their favorite feeding spot. It makes a cozy retreat post meal and Toby even started eating better because of it…weird, right?! 🤔 Anywho, anyone thought of pairing the bed with a matching yeti feeding bowl set? Been considering it for Toby’s upcoming birthday. What do you guys think?

MemberBy the way, has anyone tried those self-warming beds? How do they stack up against Squishmellow?
