MemberJust wanted to share some love for the Yeti dog bed here too! I bought one for my Husky, Jack, a few months back and man, it’s held up like a champ. That thiing is more durable then anything i’ve tried before. You know Huskies, they’re notorious for destroying everything but this Yeti bed has definitely endured his antics. Totally worth every penny in my opinion and Jack seems to agree with his extra long naps.
Only thing I’d say to watch out for is the size – make sure you’re getting one that will be roomy enough for your fur baby. The large worked well for Jack but I’ve heard a couple people say their larger breeds needed the jumbo.
Anyons else had sizing issues or found any tricks to selecting just the right fit?

MemberWow, so many mixed reviews on this Barney bed! Here’s my two cents… I’ve got a German shepherd mix (you know those guys can be big chewers) and our Barney bed is still pretty intact after 2 solid years. Check for any loose seams – they may start to fray causing the bed to look worn sooner.
Sometimes, if I notice he’s being a little rough with it, I give him a chew toy to divert his attention elsewhere… Works like a charm.👌 mabye try this trick if your pooch is tearing into their Barney too much? And hey, speakin’ of dog beds, has anyone tried the Orvis ones? Hear they’re ultra-durable. Just wonderin’.
Safe to say Barney beds aren’t for every furry pal. 🐾

MemberQuick tip: we’ve found that letting her have an old t-shirt of ours in the bed really helps calm her during storms, maybe it could help with your pups too!

MemberJust chiming in to share my two cents about Kuranda beds. I’ve had one for my bouncy boxer, Bruno, for a year now and it’s still as sturdy as the first day. These beds are seriously tough stuff – they survive his crazy zoomies just fine! 😂 Plus him being raised off the ground seems to keep him cool in summer, which he totally appreciates.
Did anyone try using their own covers on these beds? Bruno has a soft spot for comfy blankets so I was thinkin’ of adding an extra layer of coziness…🤔 Any advices guys? Cheers!

MemberAnd oh! Cleaning has been surprisingly hassle-free as well which is another win! jsut remove the cover whenever its due for a wash and put back on…no fuss!
Agree with @dogmom231 who mentioned how her little furball fell asleep in no time curling up on this bed. Same happened with Rocky too!! Cheers to comfy naptime though 🍻
But there’s one thing I didn’t quite agree with from some previous posts – the notion that only larger dogs might enjoy this bed. I’ve seen some smaller breeds look really cozy in thier Yeti beds too, so don’t let that deter you small breed owners out there!
Just remember – what works for one pup may not work for another. Explore what your furry friend likes best & provide accordingly!

MemberBut one observation here – while they are tough, kevlar beds aren’t very soft or comfy on their own. So what we did was throw in a nice plush blanket on top of the bed to add some coziness. Max loves it now! So, if you’re making the switch, might want to try adding some extra padding for your pup. Anyone else done this or just us?

MemberAnyone else find washing the cover a bit tricky tho? While it shouts out that it’s machine washable, I’ve been having a hard time getting rid of all the dog hair stuck onto it even after multiple washes. Does anyone have tips on this? Maybe there’s a life-hack I’m missing out on?
On another slight tangent, I’ve noticed some of you had issues keeping it clean. Strangely enough, my pooch hasn’t made much of a mess on hers till now – maybe just got lucky. Anyways, just chiming in to say Vibrant Life beds have worked well for us so far!

MemberJust a tip though, I had to air it out for a day or two after buying because of that new product smell. But after that short hiccup, all’s good.
Have you noticed your dog going to its bed more often than before?

MemberP.S. – Can we jsut take a minute to appreciate how easy they are to clean? Totally lifesavers those removable covers, especially with mucky pups!

MemberAnd yep, the price tag gave me a little bit of sticker shock initially, but honestly, it’s been worth every penny. It’s held up for over two years now and hasn’t lost its cushioning at all. Plus Bella having her own space that she feels comfortable in has helped so much with any separation anxiety issues we previously had. It’s definitely a buy-once-cry-once kinda deal. 🐶
I’d not only recommend the Tempur Pedic dog bed for our canine buddies but aslo thier somewhat picky owners too! Do you guys have similar experiences? Or any other brands that compare?
