MemberIt’s definitely comfy (judging by how much my furry buddy naps), but man alive… the cleaning is a bit of chore. Don’t get me wrong, it’s durable and doesn’t get smelly easily, but once it does… well, let’s just say scrubbing isn’t how I planned to spend my Saturdays.😅
I see you mentioned the Snoozer Cozy Cave bed – sounds interesting! How’s it holding up? Anybody else got some good alternatives for an easy-to-clean yet super comfy dog bed?

MemberAs a side tip: Regular cleaning definitely extends its lifespan. Try being gentle while washing it; hot water might affect its durability. Anyway, super glad we all share some love for Land’s End beds… they’re seriously pawsome! 🐾🐾

MemberYou’re spot on! I’ve found with my Pendleton bed that the lumpiness issue pretty much relies on how active and restless your fur baby can be. Mine loves to reshape the bed, makes him feel like he’s been productive I guess😂. But yeah, if it gets too out of shape, I do fluff it up again, just like a regular pillow.
Regarding its durability? Trust me, it’s worth every penny. It has survived my lab’s chewfest, and still looks good as new. Would definitely recommend getting one if anyone’s sitting on the fence about this.
Still, I want to know: what’s everyone else’s solution to the re-fluffing thing? Do y’ll ever replace the filling or just let your pups enjoy their newly designed masterpiece? 😜

MemberHave you guys tried any other methods of keeping your dogs comfortable during feeding time? Or better yet, what kind of food bowls you all use? We personally love the neat factors of the slow feeder bowls. Helps my little guy eat at a healthier pace!
But seriously though, would love to hear more on how everyone else tackles this “food in bed” issue! Any cleaning hacks perhaps? 😀

MemberA piece of advice though: if your pup is a chewer…well, our Daisy tried to have a nibble and ripped the cover right off. Tempur Pedic customer service was great though, snd sent us a replacement cover for free!
Now I’m curious – anybody esle had experience with their pups trying to chew these? Or any other type of orthopedic pet beds you’d recommend for chewers?

Memberall! I gotta say, I was initially skeptical about the Diggs bed because of the price. But let me tell ya, it was worth every penny and then some! My golden, Noodles, is quite the bed chewer, but she hasn’t even tried to gnaw through her new Diggs. It’s been a big hit in our house and an impressive step-up from the normal beds we’d get from pet stores. Anyone else had a similar experince?
Just wondering, how are your dogs adjusting to not being able to rip up their beds anymore? Or have you found any tricks to convince them not chwe on their precious Diggs? Lol!

MemberTo your point about adding a tough cover for our chew-happy fur buddies, couldn’t agree more. Saved me a fortune in replacement beds!
Out of curiosity, any other bed types you guys have tried which worked wonders? Or mabye some DIY solutions? I’m all ears – always looking to make sure my pooch has got the best!

MemberGotta agree that PupRug beds have thier advantages too, tho. My sis has one for her Lab; swears by its orthopedic features.
On a sidenote, anyone else finds washing these larger beds to be a bit of a hassle? Any tips would be appeciated!

MemberTotally agree with what you said about the Furhaven dog bed! My golden lab also has one and I swear it’s his favorite hangout spot in the house. As for the weight gain – could be that your pup is snoozing more than usual now with all that comfort lol.
One tip though, if you’re finding that the fur bed gets a bit stinky after a while, chuck the cover in the wash every few weeks. Keeps it fresh as new! But anyone else notice any tearing on these beds? Asking because my rambunctious lab tends to play rough and I worry he’ll rip through this one too…
Anyways, happy snoozing to your pups! 🐶💤
