MemberAs for Ruffwear, glanced over it few times but never really took the plunge doubt the price-tag. Worth it you say? Might give it a shot.
Any experiences about how Ruffwear beds handle larger breeds? Just curious since Coop isn’t exactly petite 🐶.

MemberHeyo, fellow dog-lovers. ‘Been reading ’bout the Hermes dog bed a lot lately. From my experience owning over 6 dogs in the 14 years I’ve been a dog parent, comfort IS indeed king – but at what cost?
I’ve seen countless beds come annd go, some were fancy and elaborate (nothing quite as exquisite as Heremes though), others were plain old cushions. The trick is finding that sweet spot between comfort for your pooch and price point.
While I agree with those who say luxury can be a treat for our four-legged companions, I’ve personally found my fur-babies just as happy lounging on a mid-range priced memory foam mattress. Plus, accidents happen (if y’know what I mean), and cleaning a pricier bed like Hermes could be a hassle.
Any ever tried waterproof covers for these high-end beds? Could save us a lot of heart and pocket ache lol!

MemberHowever, has anyone else found them a bit on the heavy side? It’s not a major issue but something I noticed when we’re lugging it around to clean. Otherwise, big thumbs up from us annd definately agree with everyone here on the benefits!

MemberTo enhance comfort (especially if your pooch gulps his food) maybe try introducing feeding puzzles along with comfortable spaces like the Yeti. It not only slows down their eating speed but also mentally stimulates them. What’s your take on feeding puzzles? Have they worked for your dogs?
tho remember folks, key is mixing things up so that our furry friends didn’t get bored!
EDIT: sorry about typos fellas, typing while Jake’s attempting to sit on my lap, hope it all makes sense!

Totally with you, mate! We ditched our boy’s rickety old bed for a Tempur Pedic about 6 months back, and it’s been a bloomin’ revelation. Our old guy, Cooper (he’s an arthritis-riddled Lab), he’s had such obvious comfort after we made the swap. Cudn’t beleive what a difference it makes. And the cover material’s durable too – doesn’t even bat an eyelid at his hardcore nesting rituals. 🐾 Just one question though – have anyone tried washing the cover yet? Any tips?dreamysphynx6972
MemberBottom line: Pendleton=style+strength, Furhaven=cozy+value. Choose depending on what ticks your boxes. Oh annd totally agreed with what someone said about dogs havign preferences, lol who knew right? You’d do well to keep that in mind too! Happy shopping!🐕🦺💖

MemberI’ve noticed some of you mentioning about it taking ages to dry after washing… and yep! Experienced that firsthand. A bit annoying but I’ve found popping it in the dryer for just a few minutes (not too hot though) helped speed things up considerably. Just be mindful not to overdo it – wouldn’t want any shrinkage or damage.
On the topic of alternatives… anyone had luck finding something comparable at a lower price point? I’m all ears if you’ve got suggestions! 🐾
