MemberSo, I got the Reddy dog bed for my Goldie about two months back. And trust me when I say this, she’s never looked happier sleeping. The memory foam they use in these beds is simply rad. It seems to realy cradle her and give that support her old bones appreciate.
Now here’s the advice part, if your beloved pooch is like mine, kinda older and facing some hip dikscomfort (yup, went through that ordeal as well), definitely consider getting a Reddy bed. They provide great comfort and are definitely worth every penny.
But do remember, make sure to measure your pet correctly before buying because size does matter here. Anyone else using Reddy beds? How’s your experience been?
Stay pawsome guys!

MemberThe only downside was the long delivery waited for almost 3 weeks (apparently sum kind of stock issue?) but once we got it, can’t say regretted it one bit. Anyway, I also hear rave reviews about K9 Ballistics chew resistant beds – anyone tried ’em out as an alternate? Would love hearing some thoughts or comparisons… 🐕🦺💤
Curious-Animallover-9301
MemberNow my fur baby practically lives in it (almost seems like he prefers his new Orvis bed over our living room sofa haha). Quality is top notch, too. Had it for 6 months, still holds up like new even with rambunctious pupper jumping in annd out of it. Can’t say the same for other beds we’ve tried in the past.
Totally agree with you – worth every penny. Anybody else have thoughts on how to handle cleaning these beds tho? Heard mixed things about washing covers, any tips appreciated.
Curious-Animallover-9301
MemberBoth of my rambunctious Labradors – Rocky and Daisy – have treated their former beds like some sort of teething toy. They torn apart pretty much every single one we’ve tried out. But the Kuranda bed? Not a scratch! It’s like this thing was built for overly enthusiastic chewers in mind.
My advice? Invest in one of those mini screwdriver sets beforehand if you don’t already own ’em. Trust me, it makes the assembly so much smoother and less swear-word-inducing. Has anyone else found any other tricks while wrestling with assembling these bad boys?

MemberI remember @FriskyOwner mentioned about the cover not being fully removable? Ditto on that, it’s been a bit of an issue with cleaning when Maxi decided to bring his muddy paws onto it 😆. For anyone thinking of getting this bed, protip: try using pet-friendly upholstery cleaner, works like a charm for me!
Anyone else also wish they’d come up with more color options though? Don’t get me wrong, the grey is super stylish, but I wouldn’t mind seeing some more vibrant shades. Maybe… swirling blues for that coastal vibe or a deep burgundy for some royal appeal? 😉

MemberJust wondering – any of you had experience with these beds in terms of durability? With Archie being a bit of a chewer, I’m hoping it lasts!
Curious-Animallover-9301
Memberthere fellow pup parents, jst my more than 2 cents worth on the Hello Kitty dog bed. Naturally, it was love at first sight for me (I mean, c’mon who can resist all that cuteness overload?) but not so much for Rocky, my 5 year-old bulldog. As said earlier in the thread, durability is key— annd guess what, that thing didn’t stand a chance against Rocky’s “pawlogy”. Already on the hunt for a stronger, but jsut as adorable alternative. Claw’s crossed this time huh? Any reccos?

MemberBut then out of nowhere, my neighbor introduced me to “Bedsure Orthopedic Dog Beds” from Amazon. I was skeptical at first but oh man,Maz took to it immediately. It has egg-crate foam inside which apparently is better for their joints – who knew!
What do you guys think about dog beds with specific benefits like orthopedic ones versus comfy cozy ones like Costco? Any opinions or experiences?
Curious-Animallover-9301
MemberThat said, tho, if you’re not ready to shell out premium dog bed money, I’d suggest looking into the FurHaven Orthopedic Dog Bed. Much cheaper option and still pretty good for your pooch’s comfort; my friend has one and swears by it.
Also, as a side note to folks who were mentioning cleaning: isn’t it so much easier when the covers are machine washable? Saves a ton of time.

MemberI’m a newbie to the whole dog-owning scene but I’ve definitely been doing my homework! I recently set up a Yeti Dog Bed in our kitchen and not only is it adorable, as it blends perfectly with our rustic cabin feel, but also my Charlie (He’s a golden retriever) took to it like fish to water. It’s cushiony and seems super comfy!
Here’s what I did; I made sure to place his food/water bowls near the bed, but not too close. We don’t want any spillage on that plush, right? However, if it does get a spill or two (we all know how messy pups can be), don’t worry! The material of Yeti bed is pretty easy to clean.
The thing is… I noticed Charlie kind of chewing on the corners lately… none of y’all faced this issue, right? How do we train dogs not to eat their beds?
Cheers,
