Oh boy, I couldn’t agree more with you!

You hit the nail on the head there buddy! The only caveat? Cleaning can be a bit tricky , especially with long haired dogs (luckily not an issue fr me). But honestly even considering that, would still recommend it hands down!

He was always a fussy eater but now he finishes up his new food much faster, presumably to dive into that bed asap…haha!

Oh and btw – that bed is worth every single penny in case any of you’re still on the fence about it! Superior quality, extremely robust and Max hasn’t looked comfier. Although, do you think the immediate food change & his newfound love for Yeti could be related?

P.S. – Don’t worry too much abt upsets during diet switches, little patience never hurts! 😉

P.S – For anyone pondering over alternatives, I’ve previously used StrictlyComfort’s dog beds and they are pretty decent too! They have machine-washable covers that can handle a tumble dry… Just sayin’ 😉

I absolutely agree with some folks here about the superior quality. You really get what you pay for with Orvis! If your pooch is anything like Marcel and loves stretching out, I’d recommend picking up one size bigger than what you think you need. Wish I had done that sooner, cause I ended up getting a second larger one as Marcie couldn’t get enough of the amazing comfort but needed more space 😅

Oh and as for cleaning – so much easier than our old bed, even though Marcel seems to think rolling in mud is his full time job… Hope this helps anyone on the fence! Now, does anyone know how to convince them that other furniture isn’t as comfy as their fancy dog bed? 😂

Haven’t tried Kong Chew Resistant yet, any experiences on how comfy they are? Just curious as Oscar seems happy now, but always good to have future options.

I’ve had my yeti dog bed for almost a year now and I gotta tell you, it’s made a huge difference at meal times. It creates a separate, comfy space for Fido and he really seems to enjoy his eating time there. Keeps him from scavenging leftovers too!

My advice would be to establish the bed as a dedicated space before meals, perhaps with a treat or two? Has anyone else trained their fur baby this way? It worked wonders for me! Plus, the yeti dog bed is super durable and easy to clean.

On another note, is it okay to let them eat their meals on the bed? Could it become messy or unhygienic? What do other pooch parents think?

And on the added note, have anyone tried putting in like a soft blanket after washing? My vet said it might help keep things softer longer. Curious to knwo if others have tested this!

Have to agree with some previous posts that the designs are beautful. Matches well with most interior decor – it’s like my Buddy has his own designer furniture. 😀 Also found the cover ridiculously easy to remove and clean – lifesaver after a muddy park misadventure!

One little tip if you’re thinking of getting one: measure your dog while they’re sleeping so you really get the right size. Trust me, they’ll thank you for it.

Anyone else have positive experiences with their Pendleton? Or does anyone know any alternative that matches its quality?

    Cheers!

Just got the yeti bed for my active border collie, Mack, a couple of months ago and I’ve gotta say, this thing has held up like nothing else we’ve tried before. It’s sturdy as heck and he hasn’t managed to tare any corner yet, which is an achievement itself (ha!). As for cooling mats, Charlie isn’t alone – during summer months Mack practically lives on his. The price of the Yeti was a bit steeper than I usually go for but it seems like it’ll last forever. Do you guys find the Yeti bedding easy to clean? I haven’t had to give ours a serious scrub down yet – fingers crossed!
