Funny story – A few days back, was exhausttted after this huge project at work and guess what? Found myself tucking in for a 20-minute power nap on Domino’s Bedsure bed. No kidding guys, I was actually comfortable! So yeah, totally get it when you say you gave it a try yourself (got your back fellow pawrent).

And Mouzeright1998 – how is your Rocky doodle liking his new bed? Noticed any changes in his sleep routine? Also does anyone else’s pup give them those puppy eyes whenever we tried moving their new fav bed around?? Lol because Domino surely mastered that look!

Lookin forward to hearing your hilarious BedSure episodes.

P.S: For anyone struggling with the washing part – I found a mild detergent and air-drying works best for Bedsure beds. Keeps ’em looking (and smelling Uhhh..) fresh! Pup tested & approved! 😉

Got me thinking tho… for those who’s dogs like dining in bed, do you have any tips about how to prevent or clean up this mess? I tried shaking and vacuuming the bed but doesn’t quite cut it. On some level my girl probably enjoys being surrounded by a food scent 24/7 but would be nice to have a less crumby situation!

Has anyone tried any of these washable covers yet? You know, the ones that you can just slip over your existing dog bed? Thinking about giving one of those a whirl instead of investing in another full-on bed. Any recommendations folks?

    Folks!

So I’ve gotta say, this Yeti dog bed is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made in my 19 years of owning dogs. My golden retriever is totally obsessed with it! Remember how some folks were worried about the bed being overly furred? That’s not an issue here at all. My Goldie’s been snuggling on it for half a year now and it still looks pretty much new. So much for fur resistance!. I’d recommend going for the almking size unless you have multiple dogs though. Anyone else noticed their furbaby using the Yeti as a chew toy occasionally?

    Stay pawsitive, everyone!

P.S.: Totally agree with @HappyHound that darker colors hide dirt way better, learned that the hard way.

Funny enough, my cocker spaniel had a similar experience after I got her the Yeti dog bed. She was never interested in her food before, but now she gulps that stuff down jsut to jump into her cozy spot! Has anyone tried this for more active dogs too? My German Shepherd seems too busy sniffing around to appreciate the luxury of the Yeti (darn his curiosity!). Would be great if we could figure out how to shift some habits without making dogs feel too anxious oor spoiled. 🐾

Heh, definitely agree on the cleaning part – it’s simple as pie with this My Pillow dog bed. Just whip off that cover and into the washer it goes without so much fuss, perfect for us pup-parents who don’t have any extra time to scrub off all the muck. And honestly, ever since luging my Frenchie onto the comfy cloud of this thing? She sleeps like a baby now! That said though, it’s not the best fit for more feisty fur-kids; my cousin got one for his tantrum-loving Terrier and… let’s just say it didn’t end well. Guess ya can’t win em all🤷‍♂️ Anyone else got misbehaving mutts who found ways to tear through these? I’d love to hear some preventatives if you’ve got ‘em!

Like, I found some dandy beds that my labs love but didn’t quite appreciate the hefty price tags. Any good alternatives recommendations you guys might have? Also any insights on when they offer sales? Could use some budget friendly options here, cheeers!

I’d say go for something that balances comfort and durability more evenly. We switched to K9 Ballistics Chew Proof Elevated Dog Bed; it’s more of an investment upfront, but its held up really well so far and Max seemed to adjust just fine after a few days. The Ugg is still in his rotation tho’, especially during colder months – there’s no denying they’re super snug!

Just wanted to weigh in on the PetSmart dog bed saga. I’ve recently went through the ‘pick the right bed’ process with my overgrown pup, Bella (she is a 120 pound Bernese, but still thinks she’s a lapdog). First off, beds at PetSmart come in all sizes and styles, so there’s def something for every breed.

I personally picked up an oversized Serta orthopedic memory foam couch pet bed for her – it was a bit on the pricier side, but boy oh boy was it worth it! The size is just perfect for Bella and beats all those thinner pads. It cradles her joints and she seems to be quite comfortable napping on it.

One thing I will point out though is that cleaning can be tad tricky if you have a furball that sheds like crazy. The fuzz tends to stick to the material but nothing one of those lint rollers cant help with.

So yeah heck out some of those higher end options if your furry pal has joint issues or is a larger breed. They might seem a smidge expensive but seriously worth every penny IMO.

    Cheers n happy shopping! 👋🐾

I gotta say though, despite the washing mishaps, FuzzyFunny dog beds turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me. Sparky (my 8-year-old Golden) is evidently in love with it! He used to have nightly battles with his old bed, tossing and turning but now? Nah, he’s out like a light in minutes comfortably curled up in his FunnyFuzzy haven. The thick memory foam padding is the real game changer I suspect.

One thing to watch out for – their sizing seems a little off. Accidentally bought an XL first time round when a large would’ve done for my big boy. Swapped it for L and it fit just right. So maybe consider downsizing.

Despite these minor annoyances, honestly can’t argue with the comfort factor this bed delivers. Anybody else fell into the size trap? Or was it just me? 🤔

What’s more, washing it is a breeze. Whoever mentioned about the detachable cover hit the nail right on the head. Does anyone else love how it doesn’t shrink even after a couple of washes? Also – just outta curiosity, any other colors y’all wish they’d release this bad boy in? I’m digging mine in classic brown but wouldn’t mind to see a darker shade. Maybe navy blue? Just thinking out loud here… Anyway, thumbs up from both me and Jas!

Totally agree with you guys on this one – the Carhartt dog bed is gamechanger! We got one for our lab, Bella, a couple months back and she’s been glued to it ever since. She used to always circle around before finally deciding on a spot but this bed? She hit the hay instantly. Must be the 12-ounce, 100% cotton duck fabric that made it super comfortable! And not gonna lie, I’ve almost snoozed off there myself when we’re having some movie time together. 😂 The only thing to keep in mind though is that these beds ain’t cheap but hey, quality comes at a price, right? Highly recommend giving Carhartt’s a shot if you haven’t already!
