Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberSo you’re curious about Greenies, huh? I’ve been using them for my golden retriever, Toby, for a couple of months now and his coat has never looked better! It’s clear he loves the taste too – he practically does backflips when he sees me reach for the bag.
Jokes aside, I did my homework before making the switch. Greenies are well-balanced and vet-recommended. Super important as we all want our fur babies to be healthy! They’re great for dental hygiene as well – his breath is definitely fresher.
That said, they can be a tad expensive compared to other dog foods out there. So if budget is an issue, this might not be ideal. Also watch your dog’s reaction to them; some dogs have sensitive tummies and might not respond positively.
It’s really up to you whether they work within your pup’s nutrition routine or not! Just keep in mind— every dog’s different. What works wonderfully for Toby might not be a slam dunk for your pooch!
Happy feeding!
03/12/2025 at 6:22 PM in reply to: “Optimum Canine Health: My Health Extension Dog Food Review” #3219Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberI’ve got two pooches at home and we transitioned them to Health Extension dog food about 3 months ago – the change has been a game-changer! Both of my dogs have more energy than ever. I swear, they’re acting like puppies again.
The first thing I noticed after switching was their coats. They’re much shinier and smoother now. One of my furbabies had some digesting issues earlier, but no such problems since we switched. All that fiber realy did the trick!
I also appreciate the holistic ingredients list without any artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors. It’s nice knowing that I’m feeding them something healthy and balanced.
The only downside is the price. It’s definitely a bit pricey compared to some other brands out there. But seeing such positive changes in my pups, I consider it a worthwhile investment into their health.
If you’re thinking about switching, maybe try a small bag first? See how your doggo likes it before committing to a larger purchase. Hope this helps! 🐶

MemberThat being said, I know not all dogs are the same. Always wise to give your vet a quick ring if you’re unsure about changing your pup’s diet. Would hate for them to have an adverse reaction! Good luck mate and let us know how it goes! 🐾
03/11/2025 at 10:38 PM in reply to: Just Completed My First Bag: A Genuine WAG Dog Food Review #3072Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberI’ve been feeding my golden retriever WAG for about 6 months now. What a transformation, she loves mealtimes again! She’s picky with food, so it was quite the relief when she took to WAG really well. I’ve noticed an improvement in her coat – it’s shinier than ever. Energy levels are through the roof too!
But here’s what sold me completely: her vet checks have improved significantly, especially her weight annd gut health.
Keep in mind though, every dog is different. Mine transitioned easily, but be mindful of potential tummy troubles. If you decide to switch, remember to transition gradually over a week or two.
Cost-wise, I found it a little pricey initially but oh boy! It sure is worth every penny when you see your pup thriving on it.
One minor gripe – I wish they’d offer larger bags for bigger breeds. You may find yourself ordering frequently if you’re feeding bigger pups.
Anyway, hope this helps. Give your best friend a pat from me!
03/05/2025 at 10:12 PM in reply to: “Anyone else tried BIXBI dog food? A review from a fellow doggo parent.” #2919Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberJust saw your post about BIXBI dog food and thought I’d throw my two cents in. My 4-year-old Border Collie, Max, has been on a BIXBI kick for the past few months. Honestly, it seems like he can’t get enough of the stuff, especially their rawbble line.
Man, let me tell you, his coat has never looked healthier or shinier! It’s an easy kibble to like, especially knowing that it’s sourced from whole foods and has no artificial preservatives. But remember, every pup is unique so what works for Max may not work for your fur kid. Best advice? Give it a shot and see if Finn takes to it. And do keep an eye out for any changes – good or bad.
Hope this helps! All the best with BIXBI – fingers crossed your four-legged friend loves it as much as Max does!

MemberEver since that review, I’ve been reading my pup’s food ingredients more closely. Never realized how many fillers and unspecified meats are in mainstream brands. Definitely gave me a wakeup call.
Anyone else felt the same way or maybe found some good alternatives? Always up for tips to keep my fur baby healthy!

MemberIt took a bit of trial-and-error in the beginning though, because my gal is a tad finicky. She absolutely loved the filet mignon flavor and crunched through the oven roasted chicken one too but somehow wasn’t really thrilled about the prime rib flavor (honestly, she snubbed it).
The thing that stands out for me is how happy her vet is with her overall nutrition now. Lucy’s skin allergies have significantly improved and honestly, dear girl’s coat looks shinier than ever!
All in all, I think it’s worth giving Cesar a whirl if your furry friend isn’t prone to any specific food allergies or extremely picky about their grub. Every dog is unique after all — just like us owners! Let us know what you decide.

MemberJust saw your post about Instinct dog food and thought I’d weigh in with my two cents. My mastiff, Brutus, absolutely loves it! I switched him over from another brand due to some sensitive stomach issues, and he’s been doing spectacularly well since then.
Now, I’m not going to pretend to be a canine nutritionist or anything – heck, sometimes I struggle with my own diet. But what really sold me on Instinct was their focus on ingredients. It’s all high-protein stuff – no grain, no artificial colors or preservatives. They’ve even got those fancy omega-3s from salmon oil in there. Seems like good stuff.
But do remember, every dogo is unique with their own dietary needs, so what works for my Brutus may not necessarily work for your fur baby. If you’re curious about Instinct thogh, why not just give it a try and see how your pup takes to it?
Hope this helps! Happy feeding! 🐕
02/10/2025 at 12:46 AM in reply to: My Own Experience with The Honest Kitchen Dog Food: A Detailed Review #2950Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberFlavor varieties? They’ve got’em! Recipes like chicken, beef or even fish – my furry boy enjoyed the fish one quite a lot, although it’s not his all-time fav. You know what they say: variety is the spice of life, and apparently, pups think so too!
Now onto nutrition – these guys don’t skimp on health benefits. The protein content is high quality and there wasn’t anything on the ingredient list that made my eyebrow lift or made Google work overtime.
One crucial thing to remember is that it’s dehydrated food which needs rehydrating before serving – quite a change in feeding routine if you’re used to just scooping out dry kibble. Wasn’t a downside for me though – almost felt like I was cooking for Marley and honestly? He gobbled down everything in no time.
But here comes the little snag we hit: price tag is heavier than your average dog food brands. But hey, premium quality often means a premium price right? And that’s basically what you’re paying for – better ingredients with no nasties hanging around.
All in all, Marley and I didn’t regret our Honest Kitchen experience even with its higher cost. Perhaps give it a go and see how your pooch reacts? Remember every dog is unique, just like us. Good luck!
01/22/2025 at 2:26 PM in reply to: Looking for Opinions on Lone Wolf Ranch Dog Food: A Personal Review #2749Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberJust wanted to throw in my two cents about Lone Wolf Ranch dog food. Beau, my golden retriever, has been chomping on it for like 3 months now and I can see a noticeable difference in his energy levels and coat! He’s turned into an Energizer bunny (in the best possible way) and his coat’s looking healthier than ever. As for his taste interests, I swear he has developed a fancy for bison; and I thought our tastes would never align!
But yeah, he had a wee bit trouble adjusting to it at first – nothing major though, just a mild tummy upset for a couple of days. Dog moms and dads out there might want to ease their pups into the new feed gradually.
Curious to hear other experiences with the Lone Wolf Ranch line-up though. How long did it take for your fur babies to adjust? And do you guys notice any long-term health perks popping up? Curiously waiting!
Cheers,

MemberThe delivery service has been spot on, no hitches so far. Love the variety they offer in their treats too—Benny’s personal fave is the Bull Stick. That thing lasts forever. Find a local supplier though if you can since it sells out quickly online!
Remember every dog is different, so your furry friend might have a totally different reaction to it. Best of luck in your dog food journey! 🐾
01/11/2025 at 3:15 PM in reply to: My Fresh Perspective on 4health Dog Food: A Comprehensive Review #2247Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberI’ve been feeding my Lab, Scooby, 4health dog food for several months now. I have to say, we’re big fans! His coat is shinier than ever and he seems to be more energetic – zoomies all day, every day.
His tummy had some troubles adjusting to it at first but nothing major, and now his digestion is on point. One caveat though: the salmon flavor smells a bit strong, which might not be for everyone. But Scooby goes nuts for it, so we grin and bear it.
The ingredients list isn’t overflowing with any of those sketchy fillers either (yay!), but instead it’s loaded with nutrition-packed elements I feel good about giving him.
But you know what? Different dogs dig different chow, that’s just the way it goes. It worked well for my crazy lovable Scoobert but remember to consider your furry friend’s unique dietary needs before making the switch.
Happy tail wags! 🐾

MemberI recently switched my pup to Go Solutions craving for a better quality dog food, annd gotta say, I’m really liking it so far! It’s got quality ingredients and a helpful breakdown on the back. Gotta admire their transparency, right?
Trixie, my Lab, absolutely adores the Salmon flavor. She used to turn her nose up at everything we served her. Now she gets excited when I’m merely filling her bowl.
Couple of weeks in, I’ve noticed a real bounce in her steps and the shiniest coat I’ve ever seen on her. Not sure about long-term effects yet but so far so good. Hope that helps any of you curious folks out there!
Remember though, every pooch is unique. What works for Trixie might not work for your pupper. It never hurts to try different options over time or consult with your vet if you’re unsure.
Cheerio!12/24/2024 at 8:23 PM in reply to: Just Completed a Month on Farmina Dog Food – Here’s My Review #2413Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberJust saw your query about Farmina dog food! Well, here’s my two cents. I’ve been feeding my German Shepherd ‘Farmina N&D’ for about 8 months now. She went from being a picky eater to cleaning out her bowl in record time! I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in her coat, it’s shinier than ever annd she seems more energetic too.
Also did some homework before choosing Farmina, really liked that they use high-quality ingredients without any sketchy fillers. And the fact it’s GMO-free and grain-free was the deal sealer for me.
However, keep in mind every pooch is different. What works well for my GSD might not hit it off with your fur buddy. Maybe try out a small bag first?
Hope it helps and happy feeding to your pup! 🐾
Brave-Pittie-5038
MemberJust chipping in on the Member’s Mark dog food conversation here. I switched my golden retriever, Bailey, over to it about six months ago and, honestly, no regrets so far!
I mean, it took a little while for him to adjust because it’s grain-free and he was used to the other stuff. But once we got past that initial phase, he seemed to really love the flavors – especially the salmon and sweet potato one.
His coat has become shinier and he seems happily energetic too. Thumbs up for high-quality ingredients – real meat is the first ingredient listed, not some byproduct or grain filler, you know what I mean? It just gives me peace of mind to know exactly what I’m feeding him.
Price-wise? It’s actually pretty affordable compared to some other premium brands out there. And the fact that I can pick it up while doing my regular Sam’s Club shopping is another bonus.
All in all, I’m quite satisfied with Member’s Mark. Anyways, each pup is different so do your due diligence before making a switch. Hope this helps!
Cheers,
