From my experience, the quality is top-notch which is kinda unexpected for a pet-accessory from a bulk store. The material is super soft annd has held up really well with my energetic lab who loves to dig before settling down for his nap. The bed has enough cushioning that it’s comfortable for him but doesn’t flatten out after one use.

My only advice for anyone considering purchasing it would be to be sure check the size before you buy. They’re pretty large and somewhat on the heavier side (just like some dogs we know… Haha). As said above by PawsomeMom42, these beds are really popular so if you see one grab it or you might not have another chance!

Here’s something I’ve been wondering.. how often do you guys find yourself swapping out the old doggie bed for something new?

Side note: The only downside is the sheer size of this thing – it takes up way more space than I anticipated! If your living space is tight, might want to take measurements before you pick one up. Trust me on that one haha! Who knew dog beds could feel so…human lol.

    fellow dog lovers!

So, I’ve also jumped into the Costco human dog bed bandwagon and honestly, my fur baby is all paws in for it. Definitely agree with the top-notch quality part – my energetic Golden hasn’t managed to chew through it yet, not for lack of trying lol.

Yes, it’s big, but come on, it’s a ‘human’ bed after all. It’s perfect for bigger pups or if yu’re like me and enjoy spoiling their smaller ones with extra space. Maybe we’re enabling them a bit…oh well.

As an alternative tho, if size is a real issue for you then consider checking out beds from The Paw-fect Sleep. They offer really great quality beds in various sizes, and my friend’s petite pup seems to love his. Food for thought!

Anyone else have brand suggestions better fitted for our smaller four-legged buddies?

Oh, tell me about it! Just got this behemoth of a bed for my Great Dane and goodness gracious, she loves it to bits. The quality really is top-notch – even withstands her drool pool! I mean, who’d have thunk that Costco made such luxe stuff for our furballs.

And yeah, it’s seriously big. Ended up rearranging the living room just to make space for it. But seeing how comfy she looks sprawling across it… worth every inch of space (and buck). Anyone else dealing with a mini home makeover after getting this bed? Bonus tip: try placing it in spaces with more room like your basement or ring-fenced outdoor area. Go Costco Dog Bed fam! LOL!

everyone, Barney_houndmama here! So, I’ve been enjoying this Costco human dog bed ride along with you guys. I mean, yeah it’s like maneuvering an elephant into your living room – no question about the size thing. But come on, isn’t it all worth that canine smile plastered all over their furry faces? Never seen my ol’ golden retriever so snuggly annd content, he practically lives in that fluffy cloud now.

For those of you thinkin’ of gettin’ one, jsut a foresight from personal experience – make sure you got real estate for this bed to park. And by real estate, I mean empty a whole room maybe? Kidding (not really). So who else is sacrificing their living space for their furball’s luxury snoozing? Share your stories, fellow canine aficionados!

Anyhow, seems like a pretty solid buy for my doggo, so I’ll put this one in the “win” column for now but would appreciate any tfips on keeping its shape intact!

The bed is spacious and comfy and fairly easy to clean too – even though Bella does her best to make it difficult (shedding fur like there’s no tomorrow, haha!). You can tell it’s made with human-grade materials. It’s also super plush, perfect for the colder months; kept Bella cozy last winter!

Oh and another thing – it really gives you value for you money. We had an expensive “designer” dog bed before that Bella never really cared for.. this one cost a fraction of the price but she loves it! So definitely a win from us as well!

Anyone tried cleaning their bed in the washing machine yet? Would love some tips on that!

Eh, gotta say, my lab mix wasn’t totally sold on the Costco human dog bed at first. Took her a bit to get used to teh whole idea of it being hers (stubborn princess!). But yeah, gotta agree – it’s super easy to clean and sizewise, pretty perfect. I personally liked that it didn’t stick out like a sore thumb in my living room’s aesthetic.

On the flip side though, definitely doesn’t hold up if your pup is a serial chewer. Our younger pupper destroyed it within the month. I’d reccommend getting something more durable instead if that’s an issue for you – or maybe an anti-chew spray might just do the trick. Anyone tried that with any success?
